Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Rebar Estimator role located in Tamil Nadu Branch. The primary responsibilities of the Rebar Estimator include evaluating project requirements and preparing detailed estimates for rebar fabrication and installation. The role requires analyzing construction drawings and specifications, communicating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and creating accurate cost estimates. Timely submission of proposals, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining project-based documentation will also be key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction practices, building standards, and technical drawings interpretation
• Proficient in creating detailed and accurate cost estimates for rebar fabrication and installation
• Proficiency in rebar estimation software and tools, and general familiarity with construction management software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Freshers Can be applied. Prior experience as a Rebar Estimator or in a similar estimating role is preferred
