Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting professional with leadership skills to manage end-to-end Real Estate Fund Accounting including NAV finalization, investor reporting and audit coordination.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Yardi and Workiva, strong governance, and the ability to drive service delivery improvements while leading teams and coordinating stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Fund Accounting professional with strong expertise in Real Estate Fund Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of fund accounting operations, including NAV finalization, investor reporting, fee calculations, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and stakeholder management.

This is a leadership role requiring experience in managing teams, client relationships, service delivery, SLAs, governance, and process improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience with Yardi and Workiva is mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-12+ years of experience in Fund Accounting.
• Strong experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting.
• Expertise in NAV, CUV, and NUV finalization.
• Experience with Investor Reporting and Financial Statements.
• Strong understanding of Management Fees, Performance Fees, Carried Interest, and Waterfall Calculations.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi and Workiva.
• Team management and stakeholder management experience.
• Exposure to SLA governance and service delivery management.
