Job summary

Black Turtle is seeking a seasoned fund accounting professional in Bengaluru to manage accounting for real estate funds. You will oversee NAV calculations, capital activity, investor allocations, accruals, and investment accounting to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires strong intercompany and consolidation skills, with hands-on experience in property-level accounting and financial reporting. Proficiency in Yardi or Investran is essential for data processing and reporting workflows.

Qualifications
