SUMMARY

Scope of Work

Consulting & Research

• Data Collation including primary and secondary research in all areas including but not limited to talent dynamics, real estate dynamics, business ecosystem, GCC landscape, infrastructure, social fabric, economic indicators, etc.
• Database Management on a regular basis
• Market Research and Data Analysis & Analytics
• Creation of marketing and sales collateral
• Reporting & Presentation for internal deliverables and client presentations and submissions
• Affinity for creative solutions and creating new tools and platforms

Real Estate

• Competence in Real Estate Portfolio Strategy and Planning
• Portfolio Analysis & Occupancy Planning
• Location Assessment (City and Micro-Market level) for all cities across India
• Identifying the most suitable micro-market(s) for the project and provide an overview/trends of the desired micro-market(s)
• Alignment of Option criteria and preparation of long list of potential properties by working with developers and IPC partners
• Coordinate & arrange site tours for Client teams
• Lead negotiations with shortlisted developers/operators/landlords/etc.
• Create a financial model & qualitative assessment for option shortlisting
• Support Technical & Legal Due Diligence between Landlord & Embark’s consultants
• Providing a final recommendation on the preferred & back up option
• Support legal documentation in conjunction with Embarks’ selected partners identified for the process
• Support Site Handover
