Rise Data Labs seeks a Real Estate AI Training Specialist to craft benchmark tasks and rubrics that drive AI model improvements in real estate. You will author realistic scenarios, draft reference materials, and assess AI outputs against defined criteria to ensure accuracy and relevance.

You will also draft listings, leases, and client-facing documents, and participate in calibration sessions with fellow evaluators to align scoring standards and maintain high-quality benchmarks.

Formación

• Active or former experience as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, Property Manager, or Leasing Professional.
• Experience drafting listings, leases, or client-facing real estate documents.
• Strong writing and document review skills.
• Experience with AI model training, evaluation, or benchmark development is a plus.
