We are looking for experienced React Native Developers to join our team. This role is perfect for people who are looking for a challenging opportunity and take ownership. You will work as a core member of a small, focused team, and will have significant responsibility in helping shape both the product experience and the underlying architecture. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

Job Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of React Native along with an extensive understanding of hooks, application life‑cycle, and code architecture.
• Champion the use of RN libraries such as React‑Native‑Fast‑Image, React‑Navigation, Redux, and network libraries.
• Translate design and wireframes into high‑quality code with an eye for performance.
• Write unit tests and perform functional verification for responsible modules.
• Perform code reviews and sanity checks for the code developed.
• Hands‑on experience with React.js, Node, and related technologies.
• Develop new user‑facing features using React.js and translate designs and wireframes into high‑quality code.
• Participate fully in agile software development team rituals, including ceremonies, user‑story reviews, planning sessions, and effort estimation.
• Implement best practices and performance improvements, and conduct code reviews.
• Maintain a solid understanding of object‑oriented programming.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Write modular and reusable code across the system.
• Enable other developers to use reusable components in their projects.
• Have a crystal understanding of app architecture and how React interacts with native layers for iOS and Android.
• Past open‑source contribution is a plus.
• As an individual contributor understand requirements, perform detailed design, coding, debugging, testing, and release of given modules.
• Develop new user‑facing features using mobile technologies, reusable components, and front‑end libraries.
• Rapidly develop and demonstrate mobile‑driven solutions.
• Work closely with a small team of experienced engineers to produce high‑quality software products on a demanding schedule.
• Demonstrate professional engineering practices, including alignment to coding standards, producing design documentation, and supporting integration.

Eligibility Criteria

• MCA, BE/B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT, or equivalent; any diploma in CS.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in React Native development.

Skills

• Knowledge of hooks, NPM or Yarn, Git, VS Code.
• Concepts of native bridging and native modules in React Native.
• Solid experience working with third‑party components and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Understanding of REST APIs, data request modeling, and offline storage.
