Qualifications

What are we looking for you to do?

Mobile Application Development: Build and maintain high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android using React Native.

Reusable Components: Develop clean, reusable components and libraries to support scalable mobile development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.

App Optimization: Optimize mobile apps for maximum speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.

Issue Resolution: Debug, diagnose, and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Technical Contribution: Participate in code reviews, engineering discussions, and architectural decisions.

Integration: Work with RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.

Deployment: Support the deployment of apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.

Native Modules: Integrate and work with native modules when required to extend app capabilities.

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

3+ years of professional experience in mobile development using React Native.

Hands‑on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.

Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.

Experience deploying apps to the App Store / Play Store.

Familiarity with native modules and bridging techniques.

Strong debugging, analytical, and performance tuning skills.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Nice to Have:

Experience with NestJS or Node.js backend frameworks

CI/CD exposure (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)

Experience with analytics and crash reporting tools (Firebase, Sentry)
