Qualifications

Role: React Native Developer

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

We are looking for a focused React Native Developer with 3+ years of dedicated mobile development experience. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, creating modular UI architectures, integrating RESTful APIs, and ensuring smooth native-level performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native targeting both iOS and Android.
• Architect and build reusable components, front-end libraries, and scalable state management flows.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into responsive, pixel-perfect, and reliable mobile interfaces.
• Integrate and consume third-party libraries, native modules, and backend RESTful APIs.
• Implement client-side authentication and session handling flows (e.g., JWT, OAuth, biometric authentication).
• Profile and optimize mobile runtime performance (startup time, rendering speed, memory leaks, and battery usage).
• Handle platform-specific quirks, asset bundling, and native bridge communications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to ship features continuously.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain production-ready applications, including crash reporting and app store releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience building and shipping production applications with React Native.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript, React Native core components, and mobile design patterns.
• Proven experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX) and offline storage (e.g., MMKV, SQLite, AsyncStorage).
• Solid experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling complex client-side data flows, error states, and network caching.
• Solid understanding of mobile security best practices, secure local storage, and client-side token management (JWT).
• Hands-on experience with native mobile build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, CocoaPods).
• Strong debugging and profiling skills using tools such as Flipper, React Native Debugger, or Chrome DevTools.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) and automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox).
• Experience with the React Native New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules), the Hermes engine, or writing custom native modules (Swift/Kotlin) is an added advantage.
