Job summary

Uber is seeking a skilled React Native developer to build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces, implement navigation and authentication, and ensure high performance and a seamless user experience.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams, write clean code, and participate in code reviews. Experience with Firebase and deployment processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development for Android and iOS.
• Experience implementing UI/UX designs in mobile applications.
• Good understanding of responsive layouts, animations, gestures, and mobile design principles.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Good knowledge of Git and version control.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
