We are looking for a hands‑on React JS Lead to architect, build, and scale enterprise‑grade web applications supporting Field Service and Point of Sale platforms. This role combines deep frontend expertise, API integration, and technical leadership, working in an Agile environment with Product, Backend, QA, and Architecture teams.

You will remain actively involved in coding, while owning design decisions, code quality, and mentoring engineers.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high‑performance React JS applications
• Design solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and backend teams to ensure end‑to‑end quality
• Document application architecture, flows, and technical decisions clearly

Hands‑on Development

• Build and maintain React JS applications using modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Integrate with .NET APIs, REST/SOAP services, and microservices
• Write and review unit tests to ensure quality and testability
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based deployments

Quality, Delivery & Mentorship

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Mentor and guide developers across seniority levels
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned work with high quality
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and performance issues

Collaboration & Ownership

• Partner with Product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver customer‑focused solutions
• Act as a trusted technical point of contact
• Foster a culture of collaboration, problem‑solving, and accountability
