Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate React JS Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js , with a proven ability to build responsive, high-performance web applications. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, a keen eye for UI/UX, and a commitment to delivering scalable, maintainable code.

Experience: 4 -7 Years

Location: Mumbai|| Pune

Mode of Work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React.js.
Implement efficient state management with Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
Integrate and consume RESTful APIs for dynamic content rendering.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness using HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
Optimize application performance, focusing on load time, rendering speed, and memory usage.
Work with build and dependency management tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM, or Yarn.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Follow best practices for code versioning and collaboration using Git.
Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js fundamentals.
Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
Experience with RESTful API integration.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows.

Good To Have Skills

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with GraphQL .
Understanding of performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools ).
Basic knowledge of Node.js or backend integration.
