ModMed Technologies India Private Limited is seeking an RCM Operations Support Specialist in Hyderabad. You will keep RCM workflows moving by resolving Jira tickets, addressing insurance corrections, balance inquiries, and patient ledgers, and supporting AR/appeals with a customer-focused mindset.

The role also involves driving administrative initiatives, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance practice outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management AR (RCM).
• Payer knowledge: Federal and Commercial payers in a provider setup.
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Familiarity with billing scrubbers, clearinghouses, and payer rejections.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) scenarios across payers.
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills with detailed notes and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily operational RCM tasks with fast, accurate JIRA ticket resolution (insurance corrections, balance inquiries, patient ledger reconciliations).
• Support AR and Appeal tickets, fulfill administrative requests (e.g., W9 inquiries), and route complex inquiries.
• Participate in administrative initiatives, document management, and identify process improvements for leadership.
