You will work with clients across sectors and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, sustainable and technology-enabled risk management solutions.

The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated professional with sound experience in Enterprise Risk Management to join our Risk Management team. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-quality risk advisory engagements, strengthen your consulting capabilities and help clients improve risk-informed decision-making, resilience and governance. The position will be based in Kochi or Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Working in our practice, you will gain experience across ERM frameworks, risk assessments, risk appetite, key risk indicators, risk reporting, risk culture and GRC solutions in varied industries and operating environments.

Your key responsibilities

As part of the role, you will:

  • Support and deliver ERM, risk governance and GRC advisory engagements under the guidance of engagement managers.
  • Assist in the design, implementation and enhancement of ERM frameworks aligned with recognised standards such as ISO 31000 and COSO ERM.
  • Plan and facilitate risk interviews, workshops and assessment sessions with business and functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain risk taxonomies, enterprise and functional risk registers, risk appetite metrics, tolerance thresholds and key risk indicators.
  • Perform risk analysis, including inherent and residual risk assessment, control evaluation, risk prioritisation and action tracking.
  • Prepare management and Board-level risk reports, dashboards, heat maps and presentations that communicate key risk insights and trends.
  • Research and assess strategic, operational, financial, technology, cyber, regulatory, third-party, sustainability and emerging risks.
  • Support reviews of risk governance structures, committee arrangements, policies and alignment with the three-lines model.
  • Conduct risk maturity assessments, benchmarking and gap analyses, and develop practical recommendations and improvement roadmaps.
  • Support GRC requirements gathering, process design, data preparation, testing and implementation activities.
  • Contribute to operational resilience, business continuity and crisis risk management assignments, where relevant.
  • Manage assigned workstreams, monitor progress and ensure high-quality deliverables are completed within agreed scope and timelines.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders, document meetings and workshops, and follow through on information requests and agreed actions.
  • Review the work of junior team members and support their coaching and development.
  • Contribute to proposals, credentials, thought leadership, methodologies and other business development initiatives.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Good understanding of ERM frameworks, risk governance, risk appetite, KRIs, risk reporting and the three-lines model.
  • Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and convert findings into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Strong report writing, presentation, workshop facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Effective project coordination skills, with the ability to manage assigned workstreams and multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail, professional scepticism and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analytics, Power BI or GRC platforms would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments and risk practices across the MENA region would be advantageous.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, risk advisory, governance, internal audit or a related field.
  • Practical experience in risk assessments, risk registers, risk appetite, KRIs, control evaluation, risk reporting or ERM improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and interacting with client or business stakeholders.
Ideally, you’ll also have
