Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our RBG team who will be responsible for handling the overall relationship with agricultural customers. This includes acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, helping customers with loan and deposit products, and ensuring superior service delivery. The role requires regular field visits to understand customer needs, promote banking products, and make sure loans are being properly utilized. The Relationship Manager will also work on building partnerships with local stakeholders such as dealers, farmer groups, and rural organizations to expand the banks reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and manage Retail Agri customers including farmers, Agri-traders, and allied businesses.
  • Achieve business targets across Agri Loans, Deposits, and Cross-sell products.
  • Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and loan utilization checks.
  • Ensure accurate credit appraisal, loan documentation, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure minimal delinquency.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing superior banking services.
