Stipend & Training Details

• Ex-ITI Candidates: ₹9,600/- per month
• Stipend Increase: 10% increase in the prescribed minimum stipend during the second year of apprenticeship training.
• Training Period:
  • Fitter, Electrician & Machinist: 2 years for Freshers; 1 year for Ex-ITI
  • Carpenter & Painter: 2 years for Freshers; 1 year for Ex-ITI
  • Welder: 1 year 3 months for Freshers
  • MLT (Radiology & Pathology): 1 year 3 months
  • PASAA: 1 year

The stipend and training periods are directly given in the official ICF notification.

Exam Pattern

• Selection Basis: Merit Based
• Merit List: Prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Class 10th.
• Tie-Breaker: If two candidates have equal marks, the older candidate will be given preference. If date of birth is also the same, the candidate who passed Class 10th earlier will be preferred.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
• Medical Examination: Selected candidates must meet the prescribed physical fitness/medical requirements.
