Prime Responsibility: Generates the report in Laboratory management system by entering data provided

by consultants, technician, Instrument

Job Role:

• 1. Entering the data by identifying the data sheet with Registration no, in prescribed format
• 2. Checks with the consultant or technician if he finds any data redundancy or data errors
• 3. Post Vetting from consultants, technician, handover the document to relevant stake holders
