Responsibilities

• Receive patients and verify tests/procedure as per SRS.
• Examine different images including mammograms, BMD, X-rays, OPG scans, and ultrasounds.
• Report findings as per the prescribed format.
• Contact referring physician and appraise the report.
• Adhere to PCPNDT guidelines strictly.
• Ensure all Form F is filled completely before sonography.

Role & responsibilities

• To receive patient, verify the tests/ procedure to be conducted and perform the tests/ procedure as per prescribed service requisition slip (SRS)
• To examine different images including mammograms, BMD, X-rays, OPG scans and ultrasounds
• To report/findings as per the format prescribed
• To contact referring physician doctor and appraise the report
• Should be well versed with complete PCPNDT guidelines and strictly adhere to the processes defined
• To ensure all Form F in respect of all Obg/Gyn patients is filled completely before the sonography and completed and signed by doctor and patient both
• To work alongside radio technologists and other professionals in administering treatment
• Well versed with all the modalities– USG, Mammography, X-rays, Doppler
