Job summary

PwC India is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Associate at the Associate level in Kolkata. You will support client risk and compliance efforts by assessing third party relationships, reviewing control activities, and contributing to regulatory adherence across diverse client portfolios.

You will learn through varied assignments within our Risk and Compliance practice, supporting research, documentation, analysis, and issue tracking while collaborating with senior team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with third party risk management concepts and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting third party risk management activities across client engagements and operational resilience programs
• Gathering and organizing information from vendors, contracts, policies, and control documentation to inform risk assessments
• Reviewing third party due diligence materials and helping track issues, exceptions, and follow-up actions
• Assisting with risk identification, analysis, monitoring, and reporting for third party relationships and related control activities
• Preparing clear summaries, trackers, and deliverables that capture status, findings, and next steps for team review
• Applying confidentiality, data security, and governance concepts when handling sensitive business and client information
• Using digital tools and risk management methods to organize work, document findings, and support process improvements
• Developing commercial awareness and technical knowledge while adapting to changing client needs and project priorities

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2+ years of experience
