We are looking for a Quality and Delivery Managerto lead quality, delivery excellence, and productivity improvement for a business‑critical internal digital solution for supporting the service business. The platform handles sensitive datasourced from multiple enterprise systems.

In this role, you will go beyond traditional quality management. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and predictable delivery. You will also play a key role in driving the adoption of modern AI toolsto improve team productivity and prepare the platform for future data‑driven and value‑added services.

This position offers the opportunity to influence how the overall solutions is built, delivered, and evolved. You will help teams strengthen engineering practices, improve delivery outcomes, and continuously raise the quality bar, while growing your leadership impact in a global R&D environment.

How you’ll make an impact:

Your background:

Required bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 15–20 years of experience in software development, quality, or delivery leadership roles.

Strong experience with Azure‑based platforms and modern application architectures.

Solid understanding of .NET and React technology stacks.

Proven track record in quality governance and delivery management for enterprise platforms.

Experience working closely with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams.

Strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
