We are seeking a hands‑on Software R&D Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team developing both desktop and web‑based applications for our industry‑leading data and IP management product line. This role combines technical leadership with Agile project management, requiring deep expertise in software development and team execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Drive technical execution and innovation across desktop and web platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals and delivery timelines.
• Oversee continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and ensure code quality through automated testing.
• Facilitate cross‑team communication and resolve blockers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
