Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive technician to support tests, prototype manufacturing, and product dissections. The role involves preparing and setting up test equipment, collecting data, and ensuring quality documentation is maintained.

You will learn to operate tools and fixtures used in testing, while following health and safety procedures. A technical diploma or high school background with relevant mechanical skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in mechanical engineering and production automation is preferred.
• Ability to learn to identify tools, fixtures and equipment used in testing.
• Familiarity with recording and maintaining quality test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of tests, manufacturing of prototypes, dissections, and qualification tests.
• Learns to identify tools, fixtures and equipment used in testing; prepares and sets up test equipment and systems.
• Collects, records and maintains quality records and required test documentation.
• Establishes activity reports, regularly maintains equipment, and manages the store.
• Supports and executes operations: mechanics, hydraulics, handling, armoring, spiraling, end fitting.
• Works in accordance with health and safety procedures.

• Supports in the execution of tests, creation of prototypes, and dissection of products, preparation of reports, according to the work demands
• Learns to identify tools, fixtures and equipment used in testing. Learns to prepare and set up test equipment and/or systems
• Collects, records and maintains quality records and required test documentation
• Establishes the activity report, regularly maintains equipment, and ensures management of the store
• Supports and executes several operations: mechanics, hydraulics, handling, armoring, spiraling, end fitting
• Works in accordance with health and safety procedures

You are meant for this job if:

• High school diploma with experience or technical diploma with mechanical engineering and production automation skills
