About the Opportunity

Interland Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. is establishing an exciting new technology venture in Kochi, focused on the *research, design, and development of next-generation Drone, FPV (First Person View) UAV, and advanced unmanned aerial systems.*

We are looking for passionate, innovative, and technically strong *M.Tech graduates and final-year postgraduate students in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)* who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.

This is an opportunity to join an emerging R&D team at an early stage and contribute to the development of innovative UAV technologies, from concept and prototyping to testing and product development.

Educational Qualifications

*M.Tech / M.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)* or a closely related specialization, with a concentration in one or more of the following areas:

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the research, design, prototyping, and testing of drone and FPV UAV electronic systems.
• Research and develop wireless communication, telemetry, video transmission, and signal-processing solutions for UAV applications.
• Work on RF systems, antennas, communication links, and related electronic subsystems.
• Explore applications of radar, optical sensors, imaging, and sensor technologies in unmanned aerial platforms.
• Support the design, integration, and validation of embedded electronic hardware and communication modules.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, simulations, performance evaluations, and technical feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on proof-of-concept development, prototype integration, and product innovation.
• Prepare technical documentation, research findings, and engineering test reports.

Desired Technical Skills

Candidates with knowledge or practical exposure in any of the following areas will have an advantage:

• Digital Signal Processing (DSP), FPGA, and digital electronics.
• RF communication, wireless systems, antenna design, and microwave engineering.
• Digital and analog communication systems, modulation, and signal analysis.
• Embedded systems, microcontrollers, and electronic circuit design.
• MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C/C++, or relevant engineering simulation tools.
• Software Defined Radio (SDR), telemetry, and wireless video transmission.
• Optical sensors, image processing, radar, and sensor integration.
• UAV systems, FPV drones, flight controllers, or robotics.

*Prior drone industry experience is NOT mandatory.* Strong engineering fundamentals, practical problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn are more important.
