Job summary

Kaizenith Technologies is seeking a curious, self-directed engineer to research and prototype AI/ML solutions, turning research into production-ready capabilities that give our products a competitive edge. You will explore new architectures, NLP pipelines, and tooling, collaborating with product teams to identify opportunities for intelligent automation.

You will work with Python, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks, building proof-of-concept implementations and evolving them into production

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals – algorithms, data structures, systems design.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in research, ML, or advanced engineering.
• Experience building prototypes that evolve into production features.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and NLP pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our product roadmap
• Build proof-of-concept implementations and present findings to the engineering team

• Document research findings, architecture decisions, and implementation guides

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals — algorithms, data structures, systems design
• Experience with Python and at least one ML/AI framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, or NLP pipelines is a strong plus
• Ability to read and implement ideas from research papers
• Experience building prototypes and proof-of-concepts that evolve into production features
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining your own research direction
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a research, ML, or advanced engineering role
