We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor- MEP (Pre-Contract) to join our team in Bangalore for MESA project support. The role involves managing cost planning, estimating, measurement, and commercial analysis forGCC buildings and infrastructure scope - pre-contract stage. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate Cost Planning, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documentation, value engineering support, and commercial input to ensure competitive and compliant bids within the GCC.
