Job summary

IMC is seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader to lead and grow our Options trading book in Mumbai. You will own trading decisions, pricing, hedging, and risk management in real time, driving P&L and desk performance within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work closely with research and engineering teams to refine signals, models, and tools, mentor junior traders, and help scale the desk across global markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing an options book at a trading firm in NSE/BSE, market maker, or financial institution.
• Proven track record of profitability and disciplined risk management.
• Strong understanding of options theory, including Greeks, volatility, and pricing dynamics.
• Ability to make fast, high-quality decisions under pressure.
• Strong intuition for market behaviour, liquidity, and trading dynamics.
• Quantitative mindset, with the ability to effectively use and interpret models and signal.

Job description

You will take ownership of trading decisions and performance of the Options book, using signals, models, and tools developed in collaboration with our research and engineering teams.
