Job summary

Callisto Talent Solutions is hiring for roles with clients in the HFT, MFT and Crypto Trading space. We seek candidates with 4+ years of experience in creating trading strategies, backtesting, coding and running PnL with profitable returns and strong Sharpe ratios.

Responsibilities include leading a team, researching and implementing profitable trading strategies, risk management, and performance optimization across global markets.

Qualifications

• B Tech, MSc, or PhD from a top school in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, etc.
• Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis on large datasets.
• Proficiency in programming with C/C++, Java, Python, R or Matlab.
• Prior experience with algorithmic trading is a must; ability to lead research from whiteboard to code.

• Evaluation of the performance of existing and new trading strategies. Optimization of the performance of strategies.

• Prior experience with algorithmic trading is a Must.
