Job summary

AAA Global in India is seeking a senior alpha producer to join as Co-Head of Quantitative Research. This is a hands-on, player-coach role focused on generating profitable alpha and contributing to live trading P&L.

You will co-lead the India Quant Research function, originate and validate systematic signals, and help scale the research platform while mentoring researchers. The role offers scope to shape the research roadmap in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systematic equity and derivatives alpha research experience.
• BS/MS/PhD in a STEM discipline.
• Proven track record of developing profitable, statistically robust signals.
• Direct experience contributing to live trading P&L.
• $20M+ attributable P&L generated through strategies you've developed.
• Strong understanding of signal decay, capacity, risk controls and overfitting.
• Strong programming and quantitative research infrastructure skills.
• Someone who remains a researcher first, while being capable of taking on broader leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities
