You'll design, develop, and maintain pricing and risk models to support trading and risk management areas

What you'll do

As a Quantitative Development Manager, you'll be delivering software solutions to internal clients and systems. You'll be supporting the business to promote client focus throughout strategy, communications, and client engagement.

Your role will also involve:
  • Working with colleagues from the front and middle office to translate business strategies into clear technical and analytical solutions
  • Developing technical system solutions for implementation of mathematical models for pricing and risk management of trading products
  • Ensuring that coding standards and procedures are implemented correctly
  • Developing technical system solutions for implementation of mathematical models for pricing and risk management of trading products
The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least eight years' programming experience and hold a degree in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

  • Excellent problem solving, computing and analytic skills
  • Experience in Object-oriented programming, preferably in C++
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
