As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within Digital Analytics team, you will be responsible for digital behavioral and performance data, experimentation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve how we measure customer journeys, identify performance drivers, and communicate actionable insights to senior leaders. You'll need to be a strategic and analytical thinker who can become a trusted advisor in the Digital Analytics space. Just as importantly, you'll bring intellectual curiosity, strong ownership, and the judgment to define and defend the correct answer to a business question. You'll be joining a pivotal, cross-functional team that measures and understands Chase's digital customer journeys and channel performance.
