Job summary

AGI Greenpac is seeking a Quality Engineer in Hyderabad with 4-6 years of experience and qualifications in CIPET / BSc / Diploma. The role focuses on ensuring quality of incoming and in-process materials, conducting sampling, preparing trial reports, and coordinating audits and CAPA activities.

The incumbent will manage pre-dispatch inspections, prepare COAs, organize ISO/internal audits, and drive training programs on defects, packing and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Qualification: CIPET / BSc / Diploma any stream.
• Experience: 4-6 years in quality engineering.
• Role: Quality Engineer.
• Knowledge of PET, PP, HDPE, LDPE,LLDPE Materials (Bottles & Caps).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality check of incoming materials such as raw materials, packing materials and others.
• Responsible for In process (online) quality check and keeping the records.
• Conduct random sampling of finish goods during PDI (Pre designated inspection).
• Preparation of trial report of new product.
• Responsible for pre-dispatch visual inspection and COA Preparation.
• Responsible to organize ISO audits/ internal audit as per quality plan.
• Sending samples to customer as per advice by Marketing department.
• Issue STOP memo in case of more rejections/ complaints.
• Organize training programs related to defects, customer complaints, packing knowledge, dress code and hygiene.
• Responsible for calibration activity through external vendors.
• Responsible for clearance of damaged inputs / products for segregation separation and reworking and implement as and when required..
• Responsible to resolve customer complaints
• Responsible for CAPA.
• Responsible for documentation and record preparation.
• Preparation of SOPs, with and formats
• Responsible for 5s implementation
• Keep specification and drawining of all products manufactured.
• Machine-wise manpower allocation planning and conducting trainings.
