Job description

Epitome Components Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Manager PCB Quality to lead and manage the overall quality function in PCB manufacturing. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of PCB processes, hands‑on experience in quality systems, and the capability to drive Zero-Defect manufacturing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and establish quality processes across all sub-functions of the quality department.
• Drive end-to-end quality initiatives to ensure high manufacturing standards and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve Zero Defects during production.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the quality team; manage team performance and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and other applicable quality standards.
• Monitor, track, and analyze quality KPIs to improve process performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and problem resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical/Related Fields).

• Expertise in PCB Manufacturing or PCBA processes is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of backend manufacturing operations (box build, testing, inspection, packaging).
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems in electronics manufacturing.
