Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited in India seeks a Quality Assurance professional to maintain and enhance the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001. You will develop and update quality manuals, procedures, and records, while coordinating audits with clients and certification bodies.

You will monitor compliance across projects and support root cause analyses, corrective actions, and management reviews, driving continual improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Develop, review, and update Quality Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, and Quality Records.
• Coordinate Internal Audits, External Audits, Client Audits, and Certification Audits.
• Monitor implementation of quality procedures and ensure compliance across projects, fabrication yards, and business functions.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions, and Lessons Learned registers.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
• Support preparation and conduct of Management Review Meetings.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and prepare quality performance dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate quality awareness programs and training initiatives across departments.
• Review and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance.
• Support project teams in preparation of Quality Plans, ITPs, and project-specific quality documentation.
• Ensure proper document control and records management processes are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, certification agencies, and project teams on quality-related matters.
• Support supplier and subcontractor quality audits and assessments.
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and drive implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, client specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.
