• Attention to detail and time management to meet test cycles.
• Experience in test management/defect tools (e.g. Jira).
• Independently perform and strive to become an SME.
• Participate actively in team discussions.
• Provide solutions to testing problems and improvements.
• Lead efforts to improve testing strategies and processes.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing strategies and processes.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
