Job summary

Auro Realty in Hyderabad is seeking a QA/QC Inspector for high-rise residential projects. You will execute stage-wise inspections of RCC structures, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and architectural finishes to ensure compliance with project specs and IS codes.

The role requires hands-on field testing of concrete cubes, steel reinforcement, aggregates, cement, and blocks, plus documentation of non-conformances and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in stage-wise quality checks for RCC and finishes.
• Knowledge of IS codes and testing methods.
• Ability to prepare NCRs and QA documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Perform stage-wise structural quality checks (shuttering alignment, reinforcement detailing, concrete pouring, and curing).
• Conduct field and laboratory testing for concrete cubes, steel reinforcement, aggregates, cement, and blocks per IS codes.
• Inspect waterproofing systems, flooring, wall plaster, painting, and joinery against approved technical specifications.
• Prepare snagging lists, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), monitor corrective actions, and maintain Quality Inspection Checklists.
