Job summary

Intertek in Delhi (E-20) Lab is seeking a Lab Quality professional with 1–3 years of experience to ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance and seamless quality system implementation. You will prepare accreditation applications, assist in audit readiness, and work with the team to resolve audit findings.

The role also involves liaising with operations and sales to interpret quality requirements and supporting continuous process improvements under the Quality Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics.
• 1–3 years in Lab Quality experience in an Electrical/Electronics Lab preferably.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
• Effectively implement Quality System in Delhi (E-20) Lab
• Responsible for preparing accreditation /recognition applications.
• Internal and External audit preparation and working with Lab team for timely closure of audit findings.
• Play lead role in supporting lab to be timely ready for all regulations.
• Perform report review before issuance.
• Liasioning with operations, sales team in understanding/interpreting requirements of internal quality system/requirements of various accreditation/recognition bodies.
• Work closely with Quality Manager for all Quality and Accreditation related activities (Applications, Audit preparation etc.)
• Handling customer complaint and it's timely resolution
• Work closely with Quality Manager for Operational Excellence, Process Improvement and closure of all gaps.

We are Looking for You with

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in Lab Quality (working experience in any Electrical / Electronics Lab)
