Required Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, UI, integration) across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with the development team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality is considered at every stage of development.
• Support the development and maintenance of test documentation (test plans, test reports, checklists).
• Contribute to automation test scripts/frameworks where applicable.
• Provide inputs on process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, SDLC, and STLC.
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright/Appium/Selenium testing frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience in manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, UI).
• Basic understanding of API testing (Postman or similar tools).
• Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
• ISTQB or other QA certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
