SCH GLOBAL SERVICES PVT LTD is seeking a Quality Control Executive at its New Town, Kolkata location. You will ensure compliance with WHO GMP/ICH standards, coordinate with manufacturers and labs, and review CoA and regulatory documents to maintain export quality.

The role requires a Pharmacy/Science background with 6 months to 3 years QC/QA experience in pharma or related fields; export experience is preferred. US FDA API knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related science.
• 6 months to 3 years in QC/QA in pharma or related industry; export experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with USP, BP, EP pharmacopoeia testing & CoA interpretation.
• Knowledge of US FDA requirements for API is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION: QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE

Job Title:* Quality Control Executive

*Location:* New Town, Kolkata, India

*Department:* Quality Assurance / Regulatory

*Reports to:* QA Manager / General Manager

*Working Days:* Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous QC Executive to uphold the highest quality standards for all pharmaceutical products before export. You will ensure compliance with international regulations and pharmacopoeia standards by coordinating with manufacturers, testing labs, and reviewing critical quality documentation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS*

*Education*

Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related science

*Experience*

6 Month 3 years in QC/QA role within Pharmaceutical or related industry. Pharma export experience preferred.

*Technical Skills*

• - Strong understanding of Pharma QMS, WHO GMP, ICH guidelines
• - Hands-on experience with USP, BP, EP pharmacopoeia testing & CoA interpretation
• - Proficiency in reviewing regulatory documentation
• - Knowledge of US FDA requirements for API is a big plus

*Soft Skills*

• - Exceptional attention to detail + analytical thinking
• - Excellent English communication for coordination with manufacturers, labs, and US clients
• - Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to quality issues
• - Highly organized, able to manage multiple batches and deadlines

*Relevant Department Experience*

• - QC/QA in Pharma API, Formulation, or CRO companies
• - Regulatory Affairs / Documentation in Export-oriented pharma
• - Lab-based roles with CoA review experience

Compensation & Benefits:
