Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in science/pharmacy or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and Quality System requirements.
• Hands-on experience with QC instruments and basic measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.
• Good communication and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished syringes per SOPs.
• Perform routine QC checks including dimensions, leakage, tensile tests, and sterilization parameters.
• Prepare QC reports, batch testing records, COAs, and other quality documents.
• Monitor production line quality and coordinate corrective actions with production.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, CE, BIS, and internal standards.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of testing instruments.
• Report deviations and support CAPA implementation.
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, safety, and plant cleanliness.
• Support audits and inspections by external bodies.
• Coordinate with QA for batch release and regulatory documents.

The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process components, and finished medical devices meet the required quality standards. The role demands strong analytical skills, discipline, documentation excellence, and the ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished syringes as per SOPs.
• Perform and document routine quality checks, including dimensions, leakage tests, tensile tests, sterilization validation parameters, etc.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports, batch testing records, COAs, and other quality documentation.
• Monitor production line quality and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, CE, BIS, and internal quality standards.
• Assist in periodic calibration and maintenance of testing instruments.
• Report deviations, non-conformities, and help implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
• Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, safety, and plant cleanliness standards.
• Support audits and inspections conducted by external bodies (certification agencies, government departments, customers).
• Coordinate with QA for batch release and regulatory document preparation.
