Responsibilities
- Expertise in UAT, application testing, product evaluation & audit assignment
- Verifies traceability in project work products
- Gathers, maintains and creates reports on quality metrics
- Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents
- Ensures project standards and procedures exist, are fully documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle; makes recommendations for enhanced documentation
- Experience in BDD/TDD, Cucumber framework development
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins
- Hands-on experience in API testing tools like Postman or SOAPUI
- Understanding of deep learning fundamentals, RAG and LLMs
- Experience of API development and integration of models through APIs
- Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
- Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgments to recommend and implement solutions
- Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents
- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision
- Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
- Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
- Intermediate level experience in Applications Development
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
