Accenture in India is seeking a Quality Auditing Specialist to lead a Trust and Safety team responsible for content moderation and responsible AI practices. You will oversee quality performance, drive improvements, and ensure adherence to client guidelines across multiple markets.

The role requires 7 to 11 years of supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex data and programs. Flexibility for shifts and overtime may be required.

  • More than 5 years of relevant supervisory experience
  • Experience managing or supporting productivity-driven operation
  • Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience
  • Strong analytical skills to drive RCAs and come up with out of the box solutions
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts and overtime or swing shifts as needed.

  • Accountable for handling multiple market complex data
  • Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems or issues and provides alternative scenarios.
  • Allocates resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members.
  • Evaluates direct reports and provides formal counseling and mentoring to staff.
  • Review, classify and or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels; improve prompt perturbation techniques for interrogating large language models
  • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
  • Investigate, resolve, research and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team to optimize the team s processes and increase efficiency
  • Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
  • Excellent comprehension, communication, and (insert language) skills
  • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies
