Job summary

Concentrix India is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in software testing and automation. The candidate will focus on UI automation using WebdriverIO with TypeScript and contribute to API automation.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining automation frameworks, applying Cucumber/BDD, Page Object Model, and integrating with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging, analytical, and collaborative skills required in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Experience developing and maintaining UI automation frameworks using WebdriverIO and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in API automation/testing using WebdriverIO/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Java and Rest Assured for REST API automation.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, authentication, request/response validation, and status codes.
• Experience with Cucumber/BDD, Page Object Model, reusable utilities, and automation best practices.
• Good understanding of Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automated test execution.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with good communication and collaboration skills.
