Job summary

Zelis Healthcare in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Quality Assurance - Support Specialist to help with healthcare implementations and client go-lives. Qualifications

• Utilize Jira for creating & monitoring tasks and keeping team members informed of progress of assigned tasks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to accurately set up client configurations.
• Collaborate with Implementation Team on internal enhancements for efficiencies and cost saving opportunities.
• Prioritize assigned tasks based on Go Live Date and revenue, with assistance from Manager of Implementation.
• Follows established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies, department policies, procedures, work instructions and safety and environmental guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Quality Assurance - Support Specialist supports client implementations at Zelis by combining healthcare industry knowledge, Zelis product expertise, configuration accuracy, and quality control. The position is responsible for configuring and reviewing payer communication documents and member ID cards, ensuring deliverables meet production standards before clients begin User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  Key responsibilities include managing and tracking implementation tasks through Jira, prioritizing work based on client Go-Live dates and revenue impact, collaborating with Implementation teams on process improvements, and maintaining strict attention to detail when setting up client configurations. The role also requires adherence to HIPAA, Compliance, Security, and departmental policies.
  The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in a technical field, 13 years of quality control experience, and 3+ years of healthcare industry experience. Knowledge of healthcare claims communications, enrollment materials, document printing processes, web-based applications, and project management tools is important.
  In simple terms: This is a healthcare implementation/configuration and quality assurance role focused on accurately setting up client communication products, validating them before UAT, managing implementation work through Jira, and helping ensure successful and timely client go-lives.
