Role Purpose
  • Make sure all products and processes comply with safety standards
  • Investigate complaints to identify how an issue occurred and suggest ways to stop it happening again
  • Conduct quality audits on services being provided to customer
  • Develop improved standards and protocols for implementation across all service centers
  • Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance
Job Holder Responsibilities

Mapping business requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing QMS processes in line with pre‑set guidelines; spearheading process No of Non‑compliance reports. Establish quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks and the requirements of customers and research/design and development, and define the metrics required to assess performance against standards required. No. of process revision occurred. Implement new quality processes and systems where appropriate.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Process improvement. Implement of 5S, maintain standard across all WE service centers within limited time period. As per Plan & No. of non‑compliance Cost. Investigate customer complaints and non‑conformance issues & VOC, collect and compile statistical quality data No of PPM. Work to prevent non‑conformances, customer complaints, VOC reduction of customer complaint. Handle consumer concerns related to product & service , with customer complaint system. FMEA improve NPS Development & Delivery. Develop the Quality Management System, updating procedures and train team members where required. Process improvement. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities No of PPM. MIS Preparation of MIS weekly, fortnightly and monthly for internal customers and share time to time. Active involvement to improve replacement process to bring down process time for replacement. Plan vs. achievement. People. Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards. People review No of training conduct.

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Computer skills, including database management.
  • Experience & package: 2‑3 years in Quality Department.
  • Skills knowledge of 7 QC tools, KAIZEN, 5 WHY‑W, 5S, FMEA, QMS training program.
  • Qualification: B.Tech [Automobile/Mechanical].
