Job summary

Transvivo Solutions in Talegaon, Maharashtra, invites an experienced Quality Leader to shape the quality strategy for our electronics manufacturing operations, including PCBA and industrial assembly. You will drive QMS, audits, and product release processes.

The role requires 15+ years in electronics quality, leadership, and mastery of PFMEA, SPC, FRACAS, and supplier quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 15+ years of leadership in electronics, PCBA, or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, validation, reliability, and standards.
• Proven audits, FRACAS, corrective actions, and field-failure investigations.
• 15+ years in quality management of production, supplier, and field failure.

Responsibilities

• Define quality vision, objectives, KPIs, and annual operating plans.
• Govern product releases, deviations, concessions, corrective actions, and risk management.
• Manage quality resources, budgets, and laboratory investments.
• Maintain QMS aligned with ISO, IEC, EN, UL, CE and customer requirements.
• Lead internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure corrective/preventive actions and audit-ready documentation.
• Establish controls for SMT, assembly, soldering, coating, inspection, and testing.
• Implement PFMEA, SPC, poka-yoke, and traceability systems.
• Improve yield, OEE, and reduce defects, rework, and scrap.
• Qualify, audit, and develop suppliers.
• Define product validation criteria and release controls.
• Support NPI through DFM, DFT, DFR, and design reviews.
• Govern configuration management and engineering changes.
• Establish and manage Quality Test, Failure Analysis, and Reliability Lab.
• Oversee functional, safety, EMC/EMI, endurance, and reliability testing.
• Lead FRACAS, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Lead customer complaints, escalations, and 8D responses.
