Job summary

Yutika Natural is seeking a QA professional to manage QA documentation, IPQA activities, and CAPA implementation on the shop floor in Rajasthan. You will train staff on GMP and 5S, handle market complaints, and prepare QA formats and reports.

The role includes leading an IPQA team, conducting audits, and ensuring quality processes across departments, with emphasis on ERP/SAP quality module usage. 0–2 years of experience preferred.

• Experience with complaint handling and CAPA implementation.
• Ability to train GMP and 5S to shop floor personnel.

Responsibilities

Technical Competencies / Skills

Should have knowledge and experience of QA Documentation control, In process checks, Training, complaint handling etc.

Preference : Candidate from Rajasthan Preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Candidate should be able to prepare different QA formats/BMR/BPR and reports.
• 2. Candidate will handle team of IPQA for day to day quality assurance activities.
• 3. Candidate will provide training of GMP and 5S to all shop floor personnel.
• 4. Candidate should be able to investigate and handle market complaints and implement CAPA on shop floor.
• 5. Candidate will perform internal audits of all departments and will implement CAPA of shop floor.
• 6. Candidate should have knowledge of Quality module of ERP/SAP and should be able to perform QA activities in software.

Additional Requirement

Preferred candidate who have been worked in cosmetic Quality Assurance/ Pharma Quality assurance and having 0-2 years of experience.

Candidate should have basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
