Job summary

Omnissa seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to join System Test under R&D, acting as SME at the nexus of Customer Success, Product Engineering, and Quality Strategy for the Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM platform.

You will validate complex cross-component workflows for resilience, security, and enterprise-scale readiness, while shaping validation strategies and release readiness across key UEM modules.

Qualifications

• UEM/MDM depth: architecture of Workspace ONE, Intune, or JAMF, enrollment pipelines, policy engines, and OS-level MDM protocols.
• Solution mindset: understand how identity, endpoint security, and network configs interact in hybrid-cloud environments.
• Cross-functional influence: embed testability and observability into product architecture during design.
• Analytical & communication: strong RCA skills and ability to explain complex concepts to developers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Flow Program by engaging with Support and Field teams to translate real-world customer use cases into validation strategies.
• Define End-to-End test strategies for major features or architectural shifts as the Quality Gatekeeper.
• Own release readiness for key UEM modules—overseeing test pipelines, risk assessment, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Create technical playbooks and best-practice guides to empower Support and Solution Engineering teams.
• Influence the automation roadmap, leveraging AI-assisted tools to ensure frameworks reflect real customer workflows.

This high-visibility role is designed for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the intersection of Customer Success, Product Engineering, and Quality Strategy for the Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM platform. What You Will Do

• Customer Flow Orchestration: Lead the "Customer Flow Program" by engaging with Support and Field teams to translate real-world customer use cases into comprehensive validation strategies.
• Quality Strategy & SME Leadership: Define E2E Test Strategies for major features or architectural shifts, acting as the "Quality Gatekeeper" to eliminate blind spots.
• Release Stewardship: Own release readiness for key UEM modules—overseeing test pipelines, risk assessment, and providing "Go/No-Go" technical confidence.
• Continuous Enablement: Create technical playbooks and best-practice guides that empower Support and Solution Engineering teams.
• Strategic Automation Advocacy: Influence the automation roadmap, leveraging AI-assisted tools and ensuring frameworks reflect real customer workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• UEM/MDM Depth: Deep architectural understanding of platforms like Workspace ONE, Intune, or JAMF—enrollment pipelines, policy engines, compliance state machines, certificate lifecycle, and OS-level MDM protocols.
• Solution Mindset: Ability to understand how identity, endpoint security, and network configurations interact in hybrid-cloud environments.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Track record of embedding testability and observability into product architecture during design.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong RCA skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both developers and customers.

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years in hands-on engineering roles (Quality, Platform, Systems Engineering, or Solutions Architecture) in End-User Computing or enterprise SaaS.
• Leadership experience mentoring others and driving quality initiatives across teams.
• Curiosity & Systems Thinking with a drive to understand how things work end-to-end.
