Job summary

Trubridge is seeking a Quality Analyst in Chennai to review teams’ production for errors and publish quality scores. The role includes mentoring colleagues, creating reference guides, and ensuring adherence to RCM standards in US healthcare.

Candidates should have 5+ years in US Healthcare RCM, deep knowledge of claim life cycles, major payers, common denials, CPT codes, and strong English communication. This is an individual contributor position with potential temporary AR Analyst duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in US Healthcare RCM posting transactions and AR follow-up.
• Thorough understanding of provider claim life cycle.
• Thorough knowledge of major insurance payers.
• Thorough knowledge of common denials.
• Knowledge of standard RCM practices.
• Understanding of common acronyms and nomenclature in US Healthcare.
• Proficient written and spoken English with good grammar.
• Knowledge of CPT codes, transaction codes and reason codes.

Responsibilities
