Job summary

JoulestoWatts is hiring a Quality Analyst (Claims Processor) to review healthcare claims via ServiceNow and process them on internal platforms. You will ensure accuracy and confidentiality while meeting SLA targets.

Comprehensive training is provided before moving to production. Night shift is from 5:45 PM to 3:30 AM with a two-way cab within 30 km, plus additional benefits and allowances.
