About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, Power BI) and strong exposure to Advanced Machine Learning & AI using Python. The role requires a balance of data understanding, analytics, dashboarding, and predictive modeling to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into data models, dashboards, and predictive insights.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, and Power BI.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure scalability of BI solutions.
• Design and implement machine learning models and AI solutions using Python for forecasting, classification, clustering, and recommendation use cases.
• Optimize data pipelines and integrate multiple data sources for seamless analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Data Engineering) to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in BI, AI/ML, and data visualization.

Required Skills

• Data Understanding & Analysis: Strong analytical thinking, ability to work with structured/unstructured data.
• BI Tools: Hands-on experience in Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, and Power BI.
• Python (ML/AI): Proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Matplotlib/Seaborn.
