Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior Quality Engineering leader to shape QE strategy across RFPs, proposals, renewals, and assessments. You will act as the single point of contact for testing solution design across Application Development, Maintenance, and Managed Testing Services.

You will drive end-to-end QE strategies, collaborate with sales and delivery, and develop reusable assets and accelerators. This role emphasizes AI-led testing transformation and client-focused governance.

Qualifications

• 9 to 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, Solutioning, or Pre-Sales.
• Expertise in QE methodologies, testing best practices, and test transformation programs.
• Strong experience with Functional, Automation, Performance, and Managed Testing Services.
• Experience in effort estimation, resource planning, and solution costing.
• Knowledge of commercial models including T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Outcome-Based engagements.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs and strong stakeholder management.

Your Profile

• 9 to 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, Solutioning, or Pre-Sales, with strong expertise in RFP/RFI responses, proposals, renewals, and assessment solutioning.
• Expertise in Quality Engineering methodologies, testing best practices, and test transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Functional, Automation, Performance, and Managed Testing Services.Experience in effort estimation, resource planning, and solution costing.Knowledge of commercial models including T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Outcome-Based engagements.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.Strong customer-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.Strong presentation, communication, and proposal-writing capabilities.
• AI-led solutioning: Exposure & experience in leveraging AI to shape and differentiate QE/testing solutions, including AI-enabled approaches, accelerators, and commercial propositions.
• AI-in-Testing solutions: Strong experience designing testing solutions with AI as a core theme, embedding AI-driven testing capabilities across the solution lifecycle and positioning them within RFPs, proposals, renewals, and assessments.
